2. Degree Hemorrhoids (Hemorrhoids)
The hemorrhoid breast is in the form of a 1-2 cm raised red area from the anus, normally it is not noticeable, but when strained, it comes out and the patient can feel it with his hand. As soon as the patient gets up, it is pulled in without the need for intervention.
Bleeding can occur over time, which can lead to anemia. Sometimes with severe straining, it goes out of the anus too much and there is very severe pain that can’t go back in, this situation is defined as strangulated hemorrhoids (thrombosed hemorrhoids).
