Hemorrhoids, are divided into internal (internal hemorrhoids) and external (external hemorrhoids). Of these, internal hemorrhoids usually do not cause much pain and itching.
There are veins in the anus and the pressure inside these veins increases for various reasons. The structure of the vessel is suitable for expansion. Therefore, the veins expand to balance the increased pressure and come out of the breech area.
These protruding vascular bundles are red-purple in color. It causes frequent bleeding. The reason for bleeding is the perforation of these vessels as a result of destruction.
Unless hemorrhoids are in very advanced stages, they only show symptoms as intermittent rectal bleeding. In advanced stages, breasts that come out of the anus and return to normal spontaneously or with a finger may occur. External hemorrhoids usually present with pain and burning.

1st Degree Hemorrhoids (Hemorrhoids)

Usually the only manifestation is infrequent bleeding. Bleeding occurs in the form of fresh red blood. The hemorrhoid breast appears as a slight swelling on the upper part and tends to bleed when its surface is irritated.
They usually do not cause any serious complaints other than occasional bleeding. The most effective and economical treatment is laser treatment.
2. Degree Hemorrhoids (Hemorrhoids)
The hemorrhoid breast is in the form of a 1-2 cm raised red area from the anus, normally it is not noticeable, but when strained, it comes out and the patient can feel it with his hand. As soon as the patient gets up, it is pulled in without the need for intervention.
Bleeding can occur over time, which can lead to anemia. Sometimes with severe straining, it goes out of the anus too much and there is very severe pain that can’t go back in, this situation is defined as strangulated hemorrhoids (thrombosed hemorrhoids).
3. Degree Hemorrhoids (Hemorrhoids)
Hemorrhoid breast comes out with noticeable straining in the form of 1-2 cm swelling, and the patient cannot enter spontaneously unless he helps with his hand. It has a tendency to bleed.
Apart from bleeding, pain, itching, wetness and feeling of fullness are the most common complaints. Treatment: Laser, rubber band may be preferred according to the amount of protrusion.
4. Degree Hemorrhoids (Hemorrhoids)
Hemorrhoids whose treatment is postponed progress to more advanced stages over time, it is now advanced hemorrhoids in the 4th degree. The hemorrhoids that are felt outside do not go inside anymore.
Since the hemorrhoids are outside while the patient is sitting, complaints such as pain, wetness in general, and inability to adequately clean bleeding may occur. Its treatment is surgery or non-surgical methods.
